The vase is 7" high by 5" wide by 1 3/4" deep. Looking down from the top the opening appears almost to be a rectangle, not the normal 'rounded' opening you would find on a fan vase.
This vase is called "Fave" in Weatherman's "Colored Glassware of the Depression Era 2," p. 392.
