possibly Jefferson Glass
Chippendale was made by Ohio Flint Glass in 1907, the pattern was continued by Jefferson after 1908. Similar patterns are Westmorelands 1700, Colonial(1911), Indiana's Quadruped(1915) and US Glass No 15156 Alpha(1915).
